What SenseGap adds, from your own traffic.

Built to answer a marketer's questions. SenseGap turns bot traffic into a short list of findings you can act on, and share.

How it works

Intent first

Every visit is sorted by why it happened: answering a person, building a search index, training, or an agent at work.

Likely topics

Pages read together point to what people asked. Shown as an Estimate, never as a prompt.

Insights with next steps

What was measured, what it probably means, and what to fix, in plain English.

Errors AI hits

404s, 5xx errors and blocks served to AI, per page, so you fix what keeps you out of answers.

Weekly report

A weekly email on every plan, so nobody has to remember to log in.

Priced for agencies

Studio covers unlimited client sites and 8M bot visits for $89 a month, with your logo on reports.

Pricing models, both by volume.

Both price by volume. SenseGap starts lower. Known Agents counts events. SenseGap counts bot visits, and a busy month is free.

Known Agents prices by events: each tracked request counts toward a monthly allowance, from 100K on the free plan to 10M on Growth. That's fair for small sites and predictable while traffic stays steady.

SenseGap works the same way, with lower prices to start. Monthly allowances: 300k bot visits for $9, 3M for $29, 8M for $89, 30M for $299. AI traffic doesn't stay steady, so one month over your plan costs nothing. Only two months in a row bring an email suggesting the next plan.

For an agency the difference grows with each client. Known Agents' Startup plan covers 3 projects and Growth covers 10. SenseGap Studio covers unlimited sites for $89.

Which to choose, by the question you need answered.

Pick by who will read the data. Developers who want APIs and control will like Known Agents. Marketers who want answers will like SenseGap.

Choose Known Agents if

  • You want a free plan to start
  • You need an API or MCP access to bot data
  • You run on AWS, Vercel, Fastly or Akamai rather than Cloudflare
  • You want robots.txt managed for you

Choose SenseGap if

  • You want to know why AI visited and what people likely asked
  • You need plain-English findings and next steps
  • You manage many client sites and want one price for all of them
  • You want proof behind every Real or Fake verdict
Using both

The two read the same kind of traffic, so most teams pick one. If you already use Known Agents for robots.txt or enforcement, SenseGap can sit next to it on Cloudflare for the reporting.
